Diamonds Are Not Forever is my first really dark thriller. I had to throw in some romantic elements so I could cope with writing these themes and maintain some sort of mental sanity. It’s not easy to go this dark although I did love the twists and turns this book took. When I wrote it I had a series in mind, but now I’m no longer in this dark place in my life I really don’t know if I’ll ever be able to write more books in this world.
